laravel nginx 500错误问题

centos 安装mysql php7.15 nginx1.12 配置好了php-fpm 执行 index.php到
require DIR.'/../bootstrap/autoload.php'; 时出错。如果在这句前面增加 phpinfo();
可以执行。storage 已设置为777 nginx配置如下
